We are Tim and Emily from Oberon, NSW. We run Down to Earth Produce from our family property, Ambleside. With Tim's Bachelor of Livestock Science and Emily's Bachelor of Nursing, together we make a team who pride ourselves on practical, sustainable and progressive farm management. Our farm is 1358 acres of beautiful soils, pasture and rolling hills 2 1/2 hours west of Sydney.
Growing 100% Australian grass-fed lamb in the most scenic and clean of environments is what we do best. Our production of high quality lamb centres around environmental sustainability and an open gate policy regarding animal health and management practices. We sell our lamb direct, with no middle man which means we pass the savings onto our customers. Honest, down to earth produce, is what we believe everyone deserves.
