The blade roast is a flavourful, beefy and nicely marbled that some insist this is the ultimate pot roast cut.  The Blade roast is also very versatile it can be cooked whole as a roast, sliced into steaks and cooked on the bbq or diced for slow cooking casserole.

Weight: 1.1kg to 1.4kg.  Serves 3-4 people.
